Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- The product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Items sold as sets (e.g., necklace + earring sets) must be returned as a complete set.
Timelines to Remember
- Damaged or Incorrect Products: Report within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photos and an unboxing video for verification.
- General Returns/Exchanges: Request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Exchange Delivery: Replacement items will be shipped within 7–10 business days after approval.
Conditions We Cannot Accept
- Products delivered in perfect condition as ordered.
- Items returned after the specified timelines.
- Products used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Custom-made pieces or items clearly marked as non-returnable.
Charges & Customer Responsibility
- Exchange for Different Product: ₹500 per item plus any price difference.
- Approved Returns for Damaged/Incorrect Items: MYN Jewels covers the return shipping cost.
