Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Items sold as sets (e.g., necklace + earring sets) must be returned as a complete set.

Timelines to Remember

  • Damaged or Incorrect Products: Report within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photos and an unboxing video for verification.
  • General Returns/Exchanges: Request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Exchange Delivery: Replacement items will be shipped within 7–10 business days after approval.

Conditions We Cannot Accept

  • Products delivered in perfect condition as ordered.
  • Items returned after the specified timelines.
  • Products used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Custom-made pieces or items clearly marked as non-returnable.

Charges & Customer Responsibility

  • Exchange for Different Product: ₹500 per item plus any price difference.
  • Approved Returns for Damaged/Incorrect Items: MYN Jewels covers the return shipping cost.
